    Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am- 5 pm
  • When can I expect to hear back if I sent out an email?
    Business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am- 5 pm. We respond in 24-48 hours. No weekends or holidays.
  • Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?
    At this time we do not offer pick-up . However we do offer local delivery for a small fee.
  • What can your glitter be used for?
    Our glitters work great with any craft projects and may also be added to acrylic powder for nail extensions.
  • How many OZ are in each bag?
    Each bag contains 2 OZ
  • Do you offer any other sizes besides the 2 OZ per bag? Ex- grams or bulk
    We do not offer any other sizes besides the 2 OZ stated per bag.
  • Do you offer jars for your glitters?
    At this time we do not offer jars.
  • I bought a glitter but I did not like the color,/was not the size I expected. Can I exchange?
    Please refer to the return/exchange policy.
  • What is your glitter made out of?
    Non-toxic Polyester
  • Do you test the glitter before selling them?
    Although we craft with our glitter, not all crafting is the same. Buyer will have to conduct their own test and see what works for them.
  • What are Resin Rhinestones?
    Resin Rhinestones are made from plastic.
  • What are Jelly Rhinestones?
    These rhinestones are made from plastic with an AB coating.
  • What does AB mean?
    AB is an abbreviation for Aurora Borealis.
  • What is a gross?
    Gross, often abbreviated GR, is a group of 144 pieces or 12 DZ.
  • How do I know that there are 1440 rhinestones in each bag?
    Each bag contains an approximation of 1440 stones- 10 gross. We source our rhinestones in bulk. Our first initial bag was counted and weighed. All bags there after were weighed and were added with a few extra rhinestones.
  • Why am I getting rhinestones that are flawed?
    Flawed Rhinestones (not coated completely, extra material, unusual shapes, etc. ) are caused by the manufacturing process. We scan all rhinestones as we bag, but may miss some.
